These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between Starter Lab ("Platform", "we", "us") and users ("User", "you") who access our educational services. "Services" refers to all educational content, courses, signals, AI tools, dashboards and simulators provided by the Platform.

2. Educational Purpose Only

Starter Lab is a crypto trading and blockchain education platform. All Services are for educational purposes only. Starter Lab is not a broker, asset manager, crypto exchange, or regulated financial service provider in any jurisdiction. Signals and analyses are educational tools — they do not constitute financial advice.

3. Acceptance

By using the Platform, you confirm you have read and accepted these Terms and our Risk Disclaimer, are 18+ years old, and understand that all content is educational, not financial advice.

4. Third-Party Platform Disclaimer

Starter Lab connects to third-party exchanges and platforms in read-only mode to display market data for educational purposes. Starter Lab accepts no responsibility for:

• Financial losses on external exchanges or brokers
• Decisions made by users based on Platform content
• Interruptions, errors or policy changes by third-party services
• Security, reliability or accuracy of third-party data

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans renew automatically. Cancel anytime from your account settings with effect from the end of the current period. We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription.

6. Intellectual Property

All Platform content — courses, AI algorithms, signals, videos, code — is owned by Starter Lab or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Starter Lab is not liable for any financial losses arising from use of the Services. Maximum liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.
